- 600g Fresh cherries
- 200g Good quality dark chocolate
- Knob of butter
- Some greaseproof paper or cling film
Melt chocolate and butter. ( I prefer to do this in a bowl set over a pan of hot water on the hob but you can also do this in the microwave)
Coat cherries in melted chocolate, holding them by the stem as you do this and lay onto greaseproof paper or cling film to dry completely in a cool place.
When dry, remove carefully from cling film or greaseproof.
