Impress guests and family with this easy dessert. Serve just as it is or with a dollop of creme fraiche or ice-cream. The syrup is sumptuous and if you have any left, drizzle over natural yoghurt as a midweek treat.
This Scottish cream dessert made with raspberries and served with homemade shortbread is perfect for a Burn's Night Celebration or any other for that matter! I have recommended as a serving for 4 but will equally feed 6 with less shortbread on each plate.
