If you are going to do it, do it in style!

Have just spent a wonderful weekend in Edinburgh with the best of friends, the inspirational type who make you wonder what you have been doing all your life! Treated to Mark Greenaway's 'Eight Course Tasting Menu' paired with a selection of fascinating wines and what a treat it was! A menu created with obvious passion and eaten with great delight. If pushed to select my highlights it might be the stunning Scottish Hake Fillet with Purple Mash, Lobster Tortellini and Ginger and Spring Onion Broth or the Passion Fruit Souffle bursting so playfully onto my pallet. No,I didn't photograph any of my food, I was too busy eating it and could not have done it any justice! Already with 3 AA Rosettes, Mark Greenaway is on the up and up! If you are visiting Scotland's beautiful capital, look no further for one of the most memorable meals you will ever have.
