Bring a little sunshine to a dullish day.

 

It’s been a bit of a ‘wash out’ in West Yorkshire over the weekend but we have just wiped down the garden furniture and and braced the outdoors for an ‘al fresco’ lunch! Wholemeal baguette lathered with fresh horseradish, rare roast beef and a generous helping of fresh watercress, bursting with pleasant sharpness. Some flavours just belong together.
